They won't just send out spare keys to any old person because that would mean you could walk into a pub and unlock someone else's machine (there is only a small number of different locks on these machines). They may insist on coming out and replacing the locks themselves for security reasons, which may be expensive for you. Alternatively, why not find out your which company services the machines in your local pub. One of their engineers will probably have a set of Mayday lock keys and will be able to open your machine. Of course you will then have to keep the panel open from then on, which may not be much use.
