Other than the gambling licence, machines, workshop, and staff, are there anything else we should be paying out for before we start the company?
We appreciate all the help and guidance you can give us.
Thanks.

Only thing I would recommend as a fruit machine engineer, is to guarentee a visit within 2 hours. Since you are just starting up it will probably be slow to begin with. So get your responce time nailed on from the start. Always keeps the landlords happy.
Hi there
I am a service manager for Sceptre Leisure Solutions based at there head office in Preston…..Licencees,landlords are a very fickle bunch one minute your flavour of the month, the next they threatening to throw ur machines out..you have to create relationships with the sites you dont have as well as the sites you do..its swings and roundabouts.like your previous respondant says ..you HAVE to guarantee a visit within 2 hours,it is the national average..lastly you have to aim high..ie you must be prepared to say “yes” to ALL there requests and carry them out all the time ..the price of even a slight delay can,in some cases cost a site an income stream, your reputation…the list continues…this is an extremely tough , cut throat industry…the best of luck,,let me know how you get on…..eddie
