   Of course not its a loose win situation.
   They will tell you about the wins but forget to tell you about the loss.
   However they are better odd than the lottery.
   So maybe he will get lucky

   An employee of mine used to program the software that was built into gambling machines in the UK and he would be under strict limitations to how often the machine could pay out.

   A lot of people think that if they lurk around fruit machines enough, when they have enough money pumped into them they will pay out. This never happens. The machines are designed to pay out randomly and how full they are never comes into it.
