I went to Ireland in the summer, and I failed to spot one fruit machine, in any pubs or even in a bookies!
Are they not allowed over there, or was it just a coincidence I didn’t see any?
There are loads of them in Tramore Co.Waterford and in Dublin indoors. The govt implied recently that a crackdown was imminent but the pro-gambling lobby seems to have seen that off.

not in public, only indoors
was this the north or south?
Southern Ireland doesn’t allow gambling for profit.
Eire (Southern Ireland) is a religious dictatorship. You cannot gamble or have an abortion there.
Why do people think you can’t gamble in southern Ireland there are lots of casinos.
