hokeygurl019 asked: Hello all! I am a 28 year old female. I am overweight, so I decided to start changing my eating habits and start working out. I went and got a gym membership and on my way I went. I have been doing this for about 2 weeks now. In one day this is what I tend to eat: raisen bran and boiled egg, or english muffin, egg, and grapefruit Lunch: Sandwhich with turkey or chicken breast, one piece of cheese, LITE mayo…baked chips…and fruit snack: apple and peanut butter Dinner: something healthier…different every night. I have been working out 4 times a week…35 minutes for aerobics/cardio and doing the muscle machines. I am not huge or anything, but overweight, yes. I used to eat a lot of fast food and alot of regular pop. I have stopped the pop and no fast food, so I am feeling good aboout myself. Now, the kicker…I am STARVING! I could eat ANYTHING in site! Also, I’m starting to get kinda woozy, sweaty, yucky feeling…what is going on??? I am still drinking caffine because I know I can’t just quit that, but also a lot more water… Am I just not eating enough? And if not, what the heck can I eat that will fill me up for awhile; not make me feel hungry every hour???
Also, one other question….Wednesday nights in my bowling night. I don’t work out or anything on this night…when I am bowling everyone is eating all the good bowling alley food, while I eat a couple baked chips and water. Is it ok to take a cheat night and eat something there? Can I just eat real good during the day and have a small cheat night at the alley?

HEY!
Im am 24 and dieting myself and trust me it gets to ya! your body isn’t use to eating that less and that’s why your hungry. I actually just switch to eating a handful every 3-4 hours. I just started working out too and PLUS WE go bowling allot also! My husband will get a hot dog With nachos and cheese and trust me Im drooling! but when I look over and see a skinny girl bowling it gets me motivated. I just cheated last night with cookies and stuff. Its okay every once in a while as long as your getting regular exercises. So go ahead and cheat 1 every 2weeks so you wont keep craving that junk.
I don’t understand when people go on diets. You have begun to eat all of these foods with the idea that, in the future, you will one day be able to go back to eating all the things that you used to.
WRONG.
You need a lifestyle change, not a diet. Cutting cokes is a great start.
No, don’t cheat on bowling night- stay vigilant. If you cheat on bowling night, you will only feel worse after.
You are setting yourself up to fail. You need to still eat food that you enjoy eating. As for the wooziness, you probably aren’t getting adequate nutrients. Eat food that will fill you up and keep you filled up. At the beginning of last year, i weighed over 270 pounds. I have since lost over 70 of those pounds. Eat lean meat like turkey, chicken, and fish.
Take that cheese and mayo off of your sandwich. “Lite Mayo” is still garbage. If you MUST have cheese, then make sure that it is organic.
Keep hitting the gym if you feel the need to, but don’t over exert yourself. pacing is important.
Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day, so I wish you all the best of luck in your weight loss.
Diet wise, I advise you, if you are serious about losing weight, to become a raw vegan foodist. There’s an underground community of us raw vegans and you will not only lose weight fast you will absolutely feel like you are walking on a cloud. People reverse diabetes, cure cancer, etc. It’s amazing!
raw nuts, seeds, smoothies, etc.
If you want to lose real weight, you shouldn’t deprive yourself. The science of overeating:
People overeat mainly when they are deprived of vitamins and nutriants. Diet foods such as the south beach diet, slimfast, etc, deprive you of these things and make you miserable!

that vid will change your life and way of thinking.
